Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Support@zzure.com.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is shipped.
What are your delivery times?
We offer two shipping options within the UK:

Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) – Free

Express Delivery (1–3 business days) – £10.00 (via FedEx)
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email Support@zzure.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please include a photo. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Do you provide return shipping?

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Do you sell single kettlebells and dumbbells or only sets?
We offer both individual and paired options. Each product description will state whether the item is sold as a single unit or a set.
Are your treadmills foldable?
Yes, many of our treadmills are designed for home use and feature foldable frames or under-desk compatibility. Check the product page for specific features.
What weight options are available?
Kettlebells and dumbbells are available in a range of weights. You can view available sizes on the product listing or use filters to narrow down options.
Order Help & Policies
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No, we currently ship to UK addresses only.
Do you offer local pickup?
No, we do not offer in-person pickup or collection services.
