Returning Your Purchase (Within 30 Days):

Feeling Unhappy? Let Us Know: If you’re not thrilled with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or request a refund. Simply send an email to contact@zzure.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item(s). Our friendly customer service team will then review your request and get back to you with further instructions.

Only zzure.com Purchases Qualify: 

Please note that we can only accept returns and issue refunds for items purchased directly from our website, zzure.com. If you bought something from another retailer, you’ll need to contact them for their return policy.

Keep it Original: 

To ensure a smooth return process, make sure the item(s) you’re sending back are in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them. Don’t forget to include the receipt for verification purposes. If the returned item arrives damaged or shows signs of wear and tear beyond normal handling, we may not be able to accept it.

Shipping Costs: 

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, but unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping cost for items returned due to personal reasons (like changing your mind or ordering the wrong size). So, before you place an order, double-check everything to avoid any unwanted expenses.

Damaged Products? We’ve Got You Covered:

Don’t Toss the Box! If your order arrives damaged, don’t throw away the packaging! Instead, immediately contact us at contact@zzure.com. We’ll take care of the issue right away.

Gather Evidence: 

To help us expedite the replacement process, please include the following information in your email:
Your order number
Proof of purchase (like a receipt or order confirmation)
Pictures of the damaged packaging and product(s)
Your correct shipping address

Free Replacement for Genuine Damage: 

Once we receive your email and verify the damage, we’ll arrange a free replacement for the damaged item(s). However, if the damage was caused by you (not during shipping), there may be an additional fee for a replacement.
How Long Does It Take to Get My Refund?:

 Once your return arrives at our facility, we’ll carefully inspect the item(s) to ensure everything is in order. You’ll receive an email notification confirming receipt and letting you know whether your return has been approved or rejected.

Processing Time:

 If your return is approved, processing the refund will take between 3-14 business days. This timeframe starts from the day we approve your request.
Bank Processing: After we issue the refund, it may take some additional time for your bank to process it and post it to your account. The exact timeframe can vary depending on your bank’s policies. If you have any questions about your refund status after the processing period has passed, don’t hesitate to contact your bank for further information.
Changing or Canceling Your Order:

Think Fast! If you need to change or cancel your order, you have a limited window of opportunity. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing contact@zzure.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but keep in mind that once your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to modify or cancel it.
