How We Get Your Order to You Quickly and Smoothly
At zzure, we understand how excited you are to receive your order, so we work hard to get it to you as fast as possible. Here’s a peek behind the curtain to show you what happens after you click “purchase”:

Order Handling:

Our dedicated team springs into action once your order comes in. We typically take 1 business day (think 24-48 hours) to carefully double-check your order, make sure everything is in stock, and get it prepped for shipping. This “order handling” time is separate from the actual delivery time.

Shipping:

We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs, so you can choose the speed and price that works best for you. For orders within the US, we estimate your goodies will arrive within 2-4 business days after the order handling stage.

Free Shipping:

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping within the US on all orders, no minimum purchase required. That’s right, you get the goods delivered straight to your door without any extra cost!

International Shipping:

We also ship internationally to select countries. The cost for international shipping will be calculated at checkout based on where you live and how much your order weighs. Just a heads-up, international orders might be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which are your responsibility.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. This magic code allows you to follow your order’s journey and see when it’s expected to arrive. You can also check the status of your order on our website if you have an account.

Returns:

We want you to love your zzure purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of buying it.

Return Conditions:

Just like you received it, we need the returned item to be in its original condition and packaging. Think unused, unworn, and with all the tags still on. If the item is damaged, worn, or used, we unfortunately won’t be able to accept the return.

Easy Returns Process:

To return an item, simply contact us at contact@zzure.com and we’ll walk you through the process. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send it back.

Return Shipping Costs:

The cost of shipping the item back to us is your responsibility. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure it arrives safely.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 6 business days. You’ll also receive an email notification letting you know the refund has been processed.
